Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days for standard rug sizes and 5–10 business days for custom rug sizes (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

MONN does not ship to, Rural areas, Plots, Farms, and P.O boxes.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping for orders over R1700 are free of charge for deliveries within South Africa. If applicable charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at online@monn.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
